Onyx Ultimate is the new name for the standard Onyx, also formerly known as Onyx Senior. This is a feature-rich ROM but is also stripped down for speed and overall size. The goal of Onyx was to produce the ultimate ROM for Elf/Elfin users, based on their feedback.

ELFIN: Free Storage Memory: 161.74MB; Free Program Memory: 75.15MB (with only M2D running and SIM card inserted)


Onyx Junior is the smaller version of the ROM, primarily created to address the memory usage concerns of Elf users. Although light as a feather, it still features the Manila 2D interface and many popular applications.
