Upload bbupdater in your phone, for example in /usr/bin repertory.
Run wifi connection in your phone and check his IP adress
Run putty
Tip the IP adress of the phone in the host name case
login : root
pw : dottie

then :

launchctl remove com.apple.CommCenter
cd /usr
cd /usr/bin
bbupdater -v

IMPORTANT: Make sure your iPhone uses the 5.8 bootloader before continuing. You can find instructions on how to check your bootloader version here: Windows, Mac. Ensure you are on the 2.30 baseband by following this tutorial. You will also need MobileTerminal installed to completed this tutorial.


Step One
Launch Cydia by pressings its icon on your SpringBoard.

Step Two
Press to select the Manage tab at the bottom of the screen.

Step Three
Press to the large Sources button.

Step Four
Press the Edit button at the top right of the screen.

Step Five
Press the Add button at the top right of the screen.

Step Six
Enter http://nakedproductions.us/source as the source address and press the Add Source button.

Step Seven
Press the Return to Cydia button once the source has been loaded.

Step Eight
Press the Done button.

Step Nine
Press to select Naked Productions from the list of sources.

Step Ten
Press to select DownBB from the list of Packages.

Step Eleven
Press the Install button at the top right of the screen.

Step Twelve
Press the Confirm button to begin installation.

Step Thirteen
Once installation has completed successfully press the large Return to Cydia button.

Step Fourteen
Press the Home button to return to your SpringBoard then press to launch Terminal

Step Fifteen
Enter su into the terminal window then enter alpine when prompted for a password.

Step Sixteen
Enter DownBB into the terminal window to launch the baseband downgrade script.

Step Seventeen
You will be asked to confirm you would like to continue. Please make sure you are on the 2.30 baseband and have the 5.8 bootloader before entering yes into the window.

Step Eighteen
DownBB will now execute the script which downgrades your baseband.

Step Nineteen
Once the script has completed please restart your iPhone and take note that you are now on the 2.28 baseband.

Step Twenty
You may now unlock your iPhone using the iPhone 3G unlock!

mình qua bên iclarfied dùng tutorial bên đó. check được mà.. nhưng mà kết quả thì 5.9
máy nào đã upgrade sau tháng 12/2008 thì đều có BL 5.9 nhé, anh em khỏi check chi cho mệt...

Tớ ở Rumania, mua máy Iphone 3G chính hãng, chỉ có thể dùng mạng Orange bên này.
máy của tớ là Version: 2.2.1 (5H11) , firmware là: 02.30.03

Hôm nợ nhờ anh bạn bẻ khóa để dùng tất cả các mạng di dộng khác. Không hiểu ông ấy làm thế nào mà máy của tớ đơ rồi, không nhận sim. Nó thành Ipod luôn.

Giờ ông ấy chả chịu giúp nữa, tớ phải tự mày mò, không biết máy của tớ còn có cơ hội sửa nữa không? và tớ cần làm những gì?

Máy bạn locked bởi carrier rồi!hiện thời để unlock đc bằng soft thì bb phải là 2.28 của bạn 2.30 thì chỉ có thể xài xsim mà thôi!

Copy vào máy trên FW 2.2.1 không chạy đâu, Mình nhớ thằng này nó chạy trên FW 2.0 hay 2.0.2 gì đó thui, mà từ đó đến giờ không có bản Update mới nên chịu!8-|

nếu vậy chắc là BL của bạn là >5.08 rồi nên không thể downBB được!:-??

-Làm thế nào để kiểm tra máy : thời gian sản xuất, thời gian đã xài ( nếu sử dụng máy cũ)
- kiểm tra số Imel : *#06# có đúng k?
