There is a new core for your Universal.
I tried to keep it vanilla (as usual) and only most needed tools have been incorporated to the build.

Notes on SD driver Installation:
1. Copy the SD driver cab to your main storage
2. Remove the SD card from the device
3. Install the driver and soft RESET
4. Insert your SD card
